At $2.43, the token has suffered a devastating -46.65% decline over 30 days, reflecting severe market sentiment erosion and ongoing concerns about centralization among node providers. The project's ambitious scope " replacing traditional cloud infrastructure " remains largely unrealized despite years of development. Competition from established L1s and dedicated storage solutions like Filecoin and Arweave adds pressure. The DFINITY Foundation maintains substantial influence, raising decentralization questions.
