Jeff Leatham is an American floral designer who has served as Artistic Director of the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris since 1999. He first entered the floral industry in 1994 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills after returning from a modeling career in Paris. He transferred to the George V hotel during its renovation and has since transformed it into one of the most photographed floral destinations in the world, producing weekly installations that often feature more than 13,000 stems. Design themes, colors, and vase placements at the hotel change every three weeks.
Leatham's design philosophy emphasizes bold, architectural arrangements that use shape, color, and simplicity to produce dramatic visual impact. He currently serves as Artistic Director for Four Seasons hotels in Paris, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia. His corporate and private clients include Alexander Wang, Alexander McQueen, Chanel, Balenciaga, Bulgari, Swarovski, Givenchy, Louis Vuitton, Dom Perignon, and Samsung. He has authored three books on floral design published by Rizzoli: Flowers by Jeff Leatham, Flowers by Design, and Jeff Leatham: Visionary Floral Art and Design.
Among his notable honors, Leatham was awarded the Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French government, the country's highest honor for artists who have made significant contributions to French culture. He is one of the few florists to achieve celebrity status in his own right, regularly appearing in international media and maintaining a large social media following. His personal floral design business operates alongside his Four Seasons directorship, serving high-profile private events, weddings, and luxury brand activations worldwide.
