Cosori TurboBlaze 6.0-Quart

4.6
product Overall
The TurboBlaze is the most refined single-basket air fryer under $150 and the strongest answer to the non-toxic question in a conventional format. Its DC motor drives five fan speeds matched to nine cooking functions, and the 90-450°F range stretches from dough proofing to wing-searing — genuine control that budget rivals fake with presets. Fries and frozen foods come out crisp outside and light inside with less shaking than most competitors need, and Cosori's ceramic coating is certified free of PTFE, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, so the usual nonstick worries are off the table. The basket and crisper plate are dishwasher-safe and release food cleanly. Weaknesses: 6 quarts means batch-cooking for a family of four, the quoted 11.8-inch width excludes a handle that adds real depth, and the ceramic coating, like all ceramics, will lose its release properties faster than PTFE if abused with metal tools. In our ranking it takes #2 — it out-controls and out-crisps every other single basket, but it cannot cook two dishes at once, and that structural limit is the only thing keeping it behind the Ninja DualZone. For one or two people, buy this one first.
