Rage Trade is an Arbitrum-native perpetual DEX that gained attention for its innovative 'omni-chain recycled liquidity' concept, aiming to aggregate underutilized LP positions from across DeFi to deepen perp trading liquidity. The project also introduced Delta Neutral Vaults, offering yield strategies on GLP (GMX's liquidity token) that attracted significant TVL during their peak. Technically, the recycled liquidity approach was ambitious and differentiated Rage Trade from competitors in the crowded perp DEX space. However, the project has faced challenges maintaining momentum amid fierce competition from established players like GMX, dYdX, and newer entrants like Hyperliquid.
