Eric Buterbaugh is a Beverly Hills-based luxury florist who established Eric Buterbaugh Flower Design in 1999 after leaving a career in the fashion industry. He began his floristry career in 1998 when he offered to design an impromptu arrangement for a friend's birthday party in Los Angeles, and quickly built a reputation among Hollywood's elite. His design studio was initially based at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, where he developed relationships with the city's entertainment and fashion clientele.
Over more than two decades, Buterbaugh has become one of the most recognized florists in the United States, known for lush, fragrant, garden-style arrangements that favor roses, peonies, and other premium blooms. His client list includes major celebrities, luxury fashion houses, and high-profile events. In 2015, he expanded beyond floristry by launching EB Florals, a line of floral-inspired luxury fragrances created in partnership with perfumers, with a flagship boutique in West Hollywood on Melrose Place.
Buterbaugh's floral work is characterized by abundant, densely packed arrangements that emphasize scent and color. His Los Angeles studio serves private clients, corporate events, and weddings, with arrangements typically starting in the hundreds of dollars and scaling into thousands for large installations. The EB Florals fragrance line, which translates his floral expertise into perfumery, is sold through luxury retailers and has further established his position as a crossover figure between floristry and the broader luxury lifestyle market.
