Rexiew is a directory platform that provides curated listings and AI-generated reviews across various categories. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate evaluations and does not offer professional advice.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

3.1 Nature of AI Reviews

Rexiew uses AI language models to generate reviews and evaluations. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI reviews are not consumer reviews. They are automated evaluations generated by AI models, not reviews from human consumers who have purchased or used the products/services.
AI reviews may contain errors. AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
AI reviews are synthetic opinions. Any ratings, opinions, or recommendations in AI reviews are algorithmically generated outputs, not genuine human experiences or beliefs.

3.2 AI Provider Attribution

We use AI models from multiple providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and xAI. Each AI review clearly identifies the specific model used. Important notices:

Rexiew is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI provider.
OpenAI, GPT, ChatGPT are trademarks of OpenAI, Inc.
Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC.
Gemini is a trademark of Google LLC.
Grok is a trademark of xAI Corp.
Use of AI model names is for identification purposes only and does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

3.3 Your Responsibilities Regarding AI Content

By using this service, you agree to:

Independently verify any information from AI reviews before making decisions
Not rely on AI reviews as the sole basis for purchasing decisions, investments, or other important matters
Understand that AI reviews reflect the state of AI technology and available information at the time of generation

3.4 EU/EEA Consumer Protection Compliance

In accordance with EU Directive 2019/2161 (Omnibus Directive) and applicable consumer protection laws:

AI-generated reviews are clearly distinguished from consumer reviews through prominent labeling
We do not present AI reviews as authentic consumer experiences
Each AI review displays the generation method, AI model used, and date of generation

4. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Rexiew to:

Request legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Share private details about any person other than yourself without explicit written permission.
Request any of the generators to generate content that is protected by copyright, or otherwise illegal in your country.
Generate images, text, and other content that is harmful, dangerous, pornographic, sexual, racist, violent, brutal, contains nudity, or is otherwise strongly inappropriate.

If you generate content that is against the rules, we will delete it, and ban or otherwise penalize your account. No refunds are given in such cases.

4.2 User Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you generate while using the Service. The site owner is not responsible for user-generated content. If you accidentally generate content that is against the rules, please contact us and delete the content.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Disclaimers

No Professional Advice: Neither the AI reviews nor any other content on this site constitutes professional advice. Do not rely on the information provided for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions.

Accuracy of Information: Generative AI models may provide inaccurate or inappropriate information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided, whether AI-generated or otherwise.

Third-Party Sites: We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third-party websites listed in our directory.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any privacy or intellectual property rights.
Any reliance on AI-generated content from the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
