Free shipping is included and delivery in 3-10 days is quite reasonable. The purchasing experience is straightforward and no-nonsense, much like their products. My only real criticisms are the limited payment options (just credit and debit cards) and the 30-day return window, which could be more generous for equipment at this price point. There is also no financing option, which might be a barrier for some buyers. But the machines themselves are virtually bulletproof and hold their resale value incredibly well. If rowing or air-resistance training is your thing, Concept2 is simply the best in the business.
