Sobha Realty is a Dubai-based luxury property developer that is part of Sobha Group, founded in 1976 by Indian entrepreneur PNC Menon, who began the business in Oman as an interior decoration firm. The group later became a major residential developer in India through Sobha Limited before establishing Sobha Realty as its international arm focused on Dubai.
The developer's flagship project is Sobha Hartland, a waterfront master community of villas and apartments in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, followed by Sobha Hartland II and high-rise projects along the Dubai Water Canal and other prime districts. Sobha positions its product around craftsmanship and detail, supported by a backward-integrated model in which design, engineering, manufacturing of key components, and construction are handled in-house rather than subcontracted, a structure unusual among Gulf developers.
Sobha Realty sells apartments, duplexes, and villas off-plan and on completion through its website, sales galleries, and broker networks, with buyers drawn from both regional and international investors. The company is headquartered in Dubai and continues to expand its land bank and project pipeline in the emirate's luxury segment.
